Sandra Steer-Fowler here early with her home bred youngster a 4 year old filly by Midnight Legend out of Real Treasure.

Sandra who lives in Devon left early to avoid the traffic.

Graham Potts our vet was in this morning, although his eyes look a bit shocked after his high wire experience yesterday..

Yesterday was his play day.. not today as he has Worcester tonight... Graham is the BHA vet in charge.

The big York Meeting starts today and if you have never been it is well worth a visit.

My favourite flat meetings are Royal Ascot, the July meeting in Newmarket, Goodwood and York. Mind you, bar Ascot and Goodwood, I need Sunblazer to run otherwise I don’t have an excuse to go.
