My recent concerns about the well being of my stable jockey continue..

DB has man flu and feels, as he put it, 'like shite’.. but before you feel sorry for him...

Disco Dave has announced that he is now a vegan as well as being a teetotaller, drummer, socialist, although he enjoys travelling by helicopter when able to scrounge a lift in one..

Having said all that he is a damn good stable jockey as not many would keep coming in every week, especially when feeling so awful.. Good man DB..

All the above is of course tongue in cheek..

David and Fran Ratcliffe were here second lot to see their KBRP horses Arthurs Sixpence, Silver Kayf and Vinndication.

I was away early this morning heading to Silverstone..

Yes Silverstone...Ascot Racecourse have asked me (and Peter Kerr) to join them at the Porsche Experience Centre for a day of driving Porsches..  sounds fun…That is if I can fit into the cars..

Again no runners today..
