She is being offered through a two-season leased syndicate, giving you the opportunity to experience racehorse ownership with Bailey & Nicholls Racing without having to buy the horse.
WHY LEASE?
NO CAPITAL PURCHASE
There is no initial payment to buy the horse. You simply pay your share of the costs of having her in training and racing.
ENJOY THE FULL OWNERSHIP EXPERIENCE
Come to the yard, watch her on the gallops, receive regular updates and enjoy owners' badges when she runs – plus your share of any prize money won.
LESS FINANCIAL EXPOSURE
At the end of her racing career she returns to her original owner, removing the uncertainty surrounding her residual value or future sale.
ADDED PROTECTION
If she suffers a long-term injury or Bailey & Nicholls feel she isn't going to make the grade, she can be returned to her owner before the end of the lease and we can look to find a replacement for the syndicate.

By Milan, one of National Hunt racing's outstanding sires, she is a big, attractive, scopey mare with the physique to make a lovely jumping prospect.
She also comes from the family of Darver Star – winner of nine races including a Grade 2, placed in the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham and in three other Grade 1 races.
She is currently unnamed, so the syndicate will have the added excitement of helping choose the name under which she will hopefully make her mark on the racecourse.
10% SHARE – TWO-SEASON LEASE
The lease runs through to and including 30 April 2028, with the option to extend.
