Plus 1 and trying to snow when driving in. Cold and miserable.
I am afraid Blazon hated the sand at Southwell. It was always a possibility that he would; he was never happy with the kickback or the depth of sand.
It led to the usual abuse and this time from Jay Kayz who sent this message across.. 'you are a useless trainer, you are shit and worthless kim, what a rancid effort by that donkey of yours blazon i would like to offer you 5 quid for it, as i need to glue together some items…
I am sure he felt better for sending such a polite email! I am pretty sure he has sent one similar before but just changed the horses name..
Thursday is our easy day.
John Webber and Richard Sheppard were here second lot to see their horses Robin The Raven and Winter Glory and their KBRP horses Subway Surf and Espoir de Romay.
Also here with them were Steve Sheppard, Paul Hands, Andrew Tunney and Martyn Hopkins who are all involved in the Hopefully Not A Moose Partnership who own Lizzycasey.
We have no runners today but we are heading to Aintree late morning to go racing at Aintree and then look at the horse who are being sold after racing by Goffs UK
We love Aintree as it means that we have a short break and stay away. One runner tomorrow and a possibility of one on Saturday means two nights away. Fun.It is also a great race meeting and fantastic racing.
