David Jenks called in third lot to see his mare Magic Money.

Yesterdays tragic M5 crash had a knock on effect here as Graham Potts failed to make it here yesterday morning. The M5 was closed for a great deal of yesterday and the area was swamped with traffic.

Last nights SKY News debate with David Cameron was interesting.. He was given a fair bit of grief from students..

I am becoming more and more depressed about the forthcoming EU Referendum..Everybody and every politician seems so negative.. surely there is a upside or positive side to staying or leaving..Every comment is negative and mostly abusive about the other side.. It is a bit like asking the makers or sales person of all weather gallops to arrive at the same time.. they all say that each others surface is rubbish!

Oaks day or rather Ladies day at Epsom..The favourite Minding has had a tough time in her two runs but should still be good enough..

While you watch Epsom we have one runner today at Market Rasen.. Net Work Rouge steps back in trip.. For my thoughts please click here..

A Doctor was addressing a large audience in Brisbane ..

'The material we put into our stomachs is enough to have killed most of us sitting here.

Red meat is awful. Soft drinks corrode your stomach lining. Chinese food is loaded with MSG. High fat diets can be disastrous, and none of us realizes the long- term harm caused by the germs in our drinking water

However, there is one thing that is the most dangerous of all and we all have eaten, or will eat it. Can anyone here tell me what food it is that causes the most grief and suffering for years after eating it?'

After several seconds of quiet, a 75-year-old man in the front row raised his hand, and softly said, 'Wedding Cake.'

Happy birthday Jonathan Ruck Keene!!
