Plus 11 and dry when driving in.

We had a really enjoyable and constructive morning here yesterday with Libby O'Flaherty .. I wish more clerks of the courses would make the effort to spend a morning with trainers.. then they might understand how important honest ground descriptions are?

Southwell yesterday was fairly busy and the ground was good.. Destroythevidence ran well and although he was second we were pleased with his run.. he will come on for the experience.. Onwards and upwards..

My first day back being a passenger with David Bass.. In his new car..(Audi A6).. The last one ruined my back, thankfully this is a far better version of the last one and a size up..Thank you David for being so thoughtful.. Like all new cars there was/is that new feeling.. and smell...

 I found John Morris Jumping Prospects on my desk when I returned last night.. Always a good read.

The Tattersalls Yearling sales have started and Book One is the premier yearling sales in the GB.. No shortage of money in their world judging by the results.

With all my talk about Vodafone and iPhone last week reminded me of my first emailing phone.. The Blackberry.. I still have my original one in my office desk.. It was a great phone and I was proud of it.. Now I see they are making a film about it..

On a Miami­ to Chicago flight was a lively youngster who nearly drove everyone crazy.
