Plus 11 and dry when driving in. Having seen the weather forecast I wonder for how much longer?

First the good news. Mrs B home yesterday..

A slow journey that made me hugely aware how many pot holes were in the road..

Arriving home..Doors opened to excited dogs and to a florist shop judging by all the flowers that have arrived.. even from Sydney.. Thanks Harry and India....

Why is that dogs are always pleased to see you.. Great that they are..

My mother in law told a torrid story of a friend who arrived home in an ambulance after being in hospital for a while, only to return straight back to hospital in the same ambulance when his over excited dog knocked him over..

My nursing skills being honed.. Happy to be doing so..

My daughter Pandora and husband James came over last night and Panda cooked..

Saturday morning.

David Bass and Tom Bellamy were in and we worked many.. no videos today as Maddie my PA does not work weekends..

We have our first of many CD Tours Gallop Mornings today.

We welcomed Nick Gee, Stephen Atkinson, Paul Charley, David Price, Tony and Frances Markham, Deborah and Ian Roberts who hopefully all enjoyed a tour of the yard, visit to the gallops followed by a cooked breakfast supplied by our chef Bex Tarling.

Michael Kay was here second lot to see his horse What A Baloo.

Tim Richardson and Lee Oliver were here third lot to see Tim's KBRP horse Pond Road and view our horses for sale.

All eyes will be in Enable in France tomorrow.. Can she break a record and win the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe at Longchamp for the third time?
