Plus 1 and damp when driving in.
Conditional jockey Jay Tidball was in this morning to ride out..
Ed Cookson was in for a walk up the gallops.. and Nicky Henderson self isolating..
That was a cold day.. Not great for the horses as it was 16 degrees last weekend and minus 4 yesterday..
It was interesting to read in the Racing Post what local hotels are going to be charging for those wishing to stay with them for the Cheltenham Festival.. Expensive..
If of interest I do have a selection of some very lovely houses to stay in, if planning a trip to this years Festival.. Both Bed and Breakfast and or 4-8 people staying in a house or lodge.. so if you would like some more information please let me know and I will ping over some examples of their accommodation..

How did smart people come to the conclusion that exercise prolongs life?
The rabbit is always jumping up and down, but it lives for only two years, and the turtle, that doesn't exercise at all, lives for 400 years.
Oh yes of course, Hugh Hefner died at 90 on the job ( or shortly thereafter)
So in 2022 chill, stay cool, eat, drink and enjoy your life!
