Plus 3 and dry when driving in.

Flirtatious Girl won well yesterday.. Division one of the bumper was ight seconds faster than the second..

Thrilled for Nannette Sellars and Philip and Sandra Arkwright who really did deserve this win as they have been such unlucky owners with me.. Not sure which of them came up with her name, but Flirtatious Girl can certainly live up to it at times.

Nanette asked me to find a replacement for Diva Reconce (who also won her bumper at Warwick first time out) after she was sold to be a broodmare. Aiden Murphy and I fell in love with this Flemensfirth filly when we saw her at the Goffs Landover sales in Ireland last June and then Martin Jones broke her in.

Here we are nearly 16 months later in the winners enclosure.. sadly no owners, but my phone was hot..

I like Warwick, they try and in difficult circumstances they made it a good day..

Back to today.

David Bass, Ciaran Gethings and Harry Beswick were in..No Chester Williams.. he has a couple of broken ribs after a fall at Newbury on Thursday.

No owners or visitors…A very quiet Saturday although Mat and I sent videos to most of our owners.

But there is good news (holding my breath) as my gallop camera is, or rather should be, back in action..

The Cheltenham sale that was held in Ireland was toppingly good for Gordon Elliott, but on the whole it was disappointing.

We have one runner today at Wincanton.. El Presente heads there and tomorrow we run Miss Gemstone, Prince Llywelyn and Harde Fashion at Stratford.. For my thoughts on my weekend runners please click here.
