Plus 6 and dry when driving in.
Blazon won his second race on the all weather on Saturday night.
Blazon, who was a Juddmonte cast off, won his first race for us at Lingfield in an all weather bumper a couple of seasons ago giving Henry Morshead his first winner under rules.
Saturday night he did it again, but this time it was his first attempt, after collecting a handicap mark, under flat racings code.
He was given a fine ride by Joe Fanning whose instructions were to leave it as late as possible.. he did..
It meant a visit to the stewards room for my assistant Harry Moss to explain Blazon's improvement.. Happy to do that as it has not been an easy task finding three races on the flat for Blazon to be given a handicap mark..
Anyway there was much post Christmas joy for the team at Kempton.
Mat had his cheer with Keith Ellis at Stamford Bridge although his team were beaten.. He much enjoyed his day.

We jumped Rhaegar, Johnny Ocean and Two For Gold.
Cresswell Legend returned to being ridden after his wind operation.

Dick was at the bar buying drinks whilst Tom and Harry were chatting to 3 girls when one of the girls glanced down and seeing Tom and Harrys shoes gasped ''Wow what big feet you both have''
To which the two brothers replied ''If you think there big, you wait till you see our Dicks!'
The owners of Subway Surf, who won the bumper at Ludlow last week, gave their winning prize of 'A Local Food Hamper' to the residents of Hendra House.. A good gesture.
