Plus 5 and drizzling when driving in.
We had all sorts of weather on the way to and from Wetherby yesterday. There was snow lying on the course.
Imperial Hurricane ran well enough for a huge horse. He finish 5th and ran a very similar race to Phantom Getaway who was also 5th at their last meeting.. Two giants who are potential 3 mile chasers of the future.. Lovely horses. Starvoski was disappointing and pulled up.
David Bass, Ciran Gethings and Harrison Beswick were all in.. We jumped a few
Gary and Tracy Betley were here third lot to see their KBRS horse Phantom Getaway and David Molineux was also here to see his KBRS horse Firth Of Gold.
The 4th Ashes Test has gone out of England’s way.. Predictably.. One good day is not enough.
