Plus 15 and dry when driving in. We are in for a very warm spell.. summer.

Not since a gripping Test match has the TV been on in the background as it was yesterday in my office. True drama!

Now we wait to see who will take over.. Racing could benefit as a couple of the likely candidates have and still enjoy their racing. But would you want to do the job? Who will it be?

Drama at Wimbledon when it was announced that Rafael Nadal was injured and giving Nick Kyrgios a bye into the finals.. Some would enjoy, but most would not!

England were slaughtered by India in the first T20..

My babies (3 year olds) returned from Martin Jones.. Broken and ridden away.. They will be heading out to grass for a month now.. a bit of R&R before their life changes, and hopefully become racechorses.. Always a part of my training life I enjoy..

The traffic at the bottom of our drive yesterday was like the first day of the Cheltenham Festival..nose to tail and almost stationary. So heavy was the traffic that the postman gave up on coming to deliver.. All trying to get into the 2000trees festival..
