Plus 7 and dry when driving in.

I have never been to Kempton for a whole day of All weather flat racing .. Saturday I did and it was a quiet crowd compared to what you might expect from a jumping fixture. Sunblazer ran well enough to finish 5th, beaten 4 and half lengths  in what looked a competitive race.

Yesterdays point to point or Andoversford Races was busy and latterly wet. Archie finished 5th in his pony race. Stewards enquiry..

We have a very busy day of racing ahead of us with a total of 7 runners. Not an easy day as ground will play a major factor as we declared on the ground that was forecasted, and it might not be what it was at 10am yesterday morning..

At Kempton we run Involve, Wandrin Star, Station Master, Kilfilum Cross and By The Boardwalk while at Ludlow we run Sonneofpresenting and Cascaye. For my thoughts on all their chances please click here.

A friend of a friend of a friend went to Beijing recently and was given this brochure by the hotel.  It is precious.  She is keeping it and reading it whenever she feels depressed.

Obviously, it has been translated directly, word for word from Mandarin to English.

Getting There: Our representative will make you wait at the airport. The bus to the hotel runs along the lake shore. Soon you will feel pleasure in passing water.
