Plus 14 muggy and dry when driving in.

Muggy it certainly was at Uttoxeter last night.. Ladies night. Interesting. Heaving.

Milord did not run too badly for his first venture over fences.. He  was a trifle careful but that is not a bad thing but on the whole he jumped well and ran OK. He finished 4th and that was a good starting point. A bit further next time and he will go close.

The last day of Goffs Sales yesterday and again some decent prices. One new horse from the sales but more on that another day.

Well done to Wille Twiston Davies for winning a race at Nottingham for the Queen..Willie we would like you to be as successful on Tuesday please..

We have three runners today at two meetings.

Forgotten Hero heads to York with Kieron Fallon in the saddle while Policy Breach and Rhianna head to Newton Abbot with David Bass aboard.. For my thoughts on their respective chances please click here.
