Having had such a busy morning yesterday with lots of visitors this morning is rather quiet by comparison.

The wait is nearly over... The makers of Being A.P. have released a tantalising three-minute trailer of the movie which follows the champion jockey during his final season in the saddle. The full film is a 98 minute documentary portrait of AP. You can watch the trailer by clicking here.

Having seen Mrs Nicholls and Mrs Bailey struggling, after a long day, with their high heels the other day Geoff Keeys very kindly sent over a couple of pairs of his 'Rollasoles' - thank you. What a fab idea and I'm sure that every lady needs to have a pair handy.
