Tom Bellamy was in this morning. We worked Patsys Castle and By The Boardwalk and then jumped both.. we hope he will be going to Perth next week to defend his crown..The Duke of Atholl Challenge Cup..

Helen Hibbert was here with Caroline to see her two KBRP horses Milord and Chateau Robin

Channel 4 are buying every good programme while getting rid of others. Baking in, racing out..  Laytown Races today and I have never been. One day?

Graham Potts our vet was in for his weekly visit.. actually now biweekly as he now comes over on Fridays too.

This weeks movers and shakers in the official BHA handicap charts are unlikley but..

Sue walked into the kitchen to find her husband John stalking around with a fly swatter.

’’What are you doing?’’ she asked. ''Hunting flies,’’ he replied

''Oh, killed any yet?’’ she said.  ''Yep, 3 males, 2 females,’’ came the answer.

Intrigued, Sue asked, ''How can you tell them apart?’’  

John: ''3 were on a beer can, 2 were on the phone.’’
