Plus 7 and raining when driving in. What a bore the rain…

Sadlemor was our 40th jumps winner of the season when making all in the bumper at Huntingdon. Watch the race

Well done to his owners Tony Elphic, Nicholas and Jill Sperling… and me..

Yes this horse was on my 'for sale' page for so long that I have kept a half share in him as he has always pleased us at home.

My half share could be bought off me if you fancy being involved in a progressive young horse who will make a great novice hurdler next season. Just ring Peter Kerr on 07901763643 for more details.

Fantastic racing at Cheltenham yesterday. The RSA was a cracker as was Altior..  the result.. The race was a bit nerve wracking as we all wanted him to win. It was not his finest performance, but he still won and made it 18 on the trot.. Great reception when returning to the winners enclosure.. He looked fabulous before and God he is good..

Cheltenham has been great so far and Simon Claisse the clerk of the course has done a phenomenal job. I mentioned to him yesterday that he must have balls of steel, but he thought I had been drinking!!

Yesterday we suggested Altior, Tiger Roll, Sadlemor and Ballyandy each way.

I have never seen Sir Anthony McCoy so animated on TV yesterday about the BHA.. There is certainly a underlying support from those within the sport who agree with his thoughts.

The wife replied, 'The reason has to be because we have to repeat everything to men.

The husband then turned to his wife and asked, 'What?'
