Plus 17 and muggy when driving in.

Very hot in London yesterday afternoon and probably the same here but the thunderstorm that happened last night had cleared the air by the time I made it home

Mike Wills of RTW hosted a very interesting lunch for his clients at Sophie’s Steakhouse..Mike does all our computers and all are interlinked.. a good system as it means we can all work away from the office.. it also means Sandie can do my accounts from anywhere...

David Bass was in this morning for 3 lots. Plenty of horses worked.. A video can be seen here.

Many owners here to see their horses this morning. Breakfast sausages and bacon followed..

John and Veronica Full to see their KBRP horses Ascotdeux Nellerie, Chateaux Robin and Blazon and their Maggie’s Charity Racing For Maggies horses Another Venture and Biscuit.

Richard Stewart-Liberty called in to see yard and meet us all.

Clare is attending her Home Farm Trust Charity meeting in Cirencester and then we are off to Sandown to have lunch with David and Julie Martin. Julie is a  patron of today charity race sponsors The Racehorse Sanctuary.

To my darling husband,

Before you return from your overseas trip, I just want to let you know about the small accident I had with the Ford F-150 when I turned into the driveway.

Fortunately it was not too bad and I really didn't get hurt, so please don't worry too much about me.

I was coming home and when I turned into the driveway I accidently pushed down on the accelerator instead of the brake, while I was talking on my mobile phone.

The garage door is slightly bent but the Ford F-150 fortunately came to a halt when it bumped into your Ferrari....I missed our bikes.

I am really sorry, but I know with your kind heart personality, you will forgive me.

You know how much I love you and care for you, my sweetheart.

I am enclosing a picture for you.

I cannot wait to hold you in my arms again.
