Apparently a disappointing week ahead weatherwise.
Monday morning and some very fresh horses which is slightly surprising as they all had their annual flu jabs yesterday.
Graham Potts was in most of yesterday morning to injection the horses before filling in all their passports.. It is recommended that you inject once a year, although you can do it twice… It is something you need to keep an eye on as if you miss a date then you have to start the process all over again and that means horses will miss out on races and possible engagements. It is BHA rules.
Perth on Saturday was not a good day out as Peaked Too Soon found the soften ground catch his wind out.. that will be recticifed this week.
Saturday night was spent celebrating Simon Claisse's birthday..
The 5th and final day of the Lord's test is going to be a cracker.. This excellent test could go either way.. TV on in the office....
Events in Afghanistan are shocking.. You have to feel for the country.. I am not going to politicise the goings on there but they must have a huge feeling of being betrayed by the West.
