What a week. What a fabulous Cheltenham Festival. Records crowds, record results with the Girls taking many top honours. Willie Mullins joins my club. Yes the list goes on. Then of course AP McCoy..

Altior 18 wins. Bryony Frost, Lizzie Kelly and Rachael Blackmore all showed why they are such good lady riders.

Rachael has been hitting the headlines in Ireland where she is currently in second position in their jockeys title with 84 winers, and with two winners this week she showed why she is so good.

Willie Mullins wins his first Cheltenham Gold Cup, so he too has won the big three.. yes he has joined 'the club'.

Yes it was fabulous week and again Cheltenham and the team who run the racecourse showed our sport in great light.

The TV courage was excellent and that tirade from AP McCoy has now aired the rumblings from the depths of the industry as many trainers feel very strongly about the BHA. AP has certainly aired our thoughts.

We jumped, Another Venture, Station Master, Wandrin Star, Gallows Point, Rose To Fame and Espoir de Romany.. cancelled due to high winds.

Carol-Anne Ward and Ben Woodman were here to see Donnie Brasco, while Martyn and Sandra Steer-Fowler, along with Tim and Anita Dymond were here to see their horse Miss Gemstone.

We have no runners this weekend.
