Plus 10 and autumnal when driving in.. Summer?

Ed Cookson was in for a couple of lots.

Jockey Richie McLernon normally sees me in our local garage in Andoversford when I am picking up the papers and he is buying a coffee. Richie is normally on his was to Jackdaws Castle while I head to Thorndale Farm. This morning Richie asked to ride out here. A first.

Richie has ridden for me ..once.. at Newbury on Molly's A Diva. Owned by John Perriss

Talking John Perriss he was over second lot to see his horses canter..

Azure Aware, By The Boardwalk, Dueling Banjos, Emily Gray, Molly’s A Diva and Thedrinkymeister.

John also saw Penny’s horses Queer Times, Widow On The Run and The Scarlett Woman canter..

Michael Kay was here to see his Flemensmix canter.

We worked Kings Opus, West End, Bonne Fee and Sunblazer and we then jumped Bonne Fee and Kings Opus over hurdles.

No big party tonight.. What am I going to do!! I shall have to watch this event take place..
