Plus 5 and dry when driving in.
Dry and very warm at Uttoxeter yesterday.. Barmy autumn weather.
Station Master ran a cracker to finish second.. yes annoying but it was a good run and one that showed that he will benefit from a longer trip. It was also a good ride from David Bass.
All in all we had a good days racing.. Owner and trainer happy.

I am away today having a meeting with my Accountant Ian Hewitt.
Half term starts for Archie.. Rugby accident a couple of days ago landed him in Worcester General with a rotary cuff tear in his right shoulder.. Mother not amused!!
ATTORNEY: Doctor, how many of your autopsies have you performed on dead people?
WITNESS: All of them. The live ones put up too much of a fight.
ATTORNEY: ALL your responses MUST be oral, OK? What school did you go to?
WITNESS: Oral...
ATTORNEY: Do you recall the time that you examined the body?
WITNESS: The autopsy started around 8:30 PM
ATTORNEY: And Mr. Denton was dead at the time?
WITNESS: If not, he was by the time I finished.
