Minus 4 and dry when driving in.

My journey in took a little longer this morning, as it will all week, while Gloucestershire CC dig up and resurface some of the local roads. I just knew this would interest you?

Tom Bellamy was in to ride out a couple of lots this morning.

Michelle Dudderidge who has a share in our KBRP horse Silver Kayf was here for 'a morning on the gallops and breakfast' with a team who were all ladies.. Clair, Helen, Sam, Leanne, Hayley and Emily. Peter Kerr who runs all my partnerships was here too.

Michelle and her team all stayed last night at The Green Dragon.

Lunch with Martin and Kate Featherston-Godley at The Wheatsheaf.. Clare and I have not been there for a while..

Nick Luck and I are doing our annual Cheltenham Preview at The Wheatsheaf on the Monday night before the Festival.. Tickets are going fast... as usual!

The Cheltenham Festival starts today in 8 weeks and if you and a gang of friends are looking for somewhere to stay have a look at this place.. Cotswold Barns are pretty smart.. If you fancy taking them give Simon Hanbury a ring and see if you can negotiate a discount by saying you came from here..

We have no runners today as Exeter has been abandoned.

No vet today either as he is away on holiday in Wales, but he will be here on Thursday.
