We all need friends and Panda Christie is Mrs B’s best friend..
Clare and Panda have enjoyed so much together..They grew up together.. Ponies, horses, fun and many many mutual friends..Clare’s friend is such a saint and support, and was especially so when Clare was lying in that Gloucester hospital bed with a broken neck.. Panda was there everyday.. Yes that’s what friends are for.
Panda you have been a total brick, but how on earth do we repay somebody for all that friendship and loyalty..... Persuade you to buy a racehorse!!
Last Summer Panda suggested that she set up a Grapevine syndicate with a few friends and buy Starvoski..
Yesterday Starvoski repayed some of that friendship by winning at Southwell..
How sad that we could not be together to celebrate, but we all yelled and made plenty of noise when Starvoski passed the post in front..So much so Archie’s on line tutor asked Archie if somebody was being killed!
Starvoski was a rare non front running ride from David Bass who was far from amused that I was running her!
So again well done Panda and your team... Louise Gaunt, Dick and Ann Bradford, Davina Longsdon, Ed Playne (runs Williams..the finest fish restaurant in Gloucestrshire and the country .. when allowed to), Roly Luard (of Valegro fame) and Lasse Dalgaard.. The Syndicate is run by Peter Kerr.. Peter is mighty relieved to have a winner!
Very pleased to have a new horse arrive yesterday ..Saint Bibiana who is a 4 year old half sister to The Milan Girl by Sholokhov and owned by Jem Cross.. Saint Bibiana arrived having been pre trained by Willie and Mandy Bryan.
Fun with Fitzdares Cheltenham preview panel last night. Bryony Frost might have been late to the table but she certainly made up for it..Fun guest.. That man Cornelius Lysaght is so smooth as a compare.. Excellent evening..
Tuesday morning and sadly now we know the good, bad and ugly of what the future holds after Boris lectured the nation last night. There is light at the end of that very dark tunnel
David Bass was in this morning.. Rupert Bell was here to interview and film him and see our Cheltenham horses.. His son Oli is here tomorrow!

Why do they put pictures of criminals up in the Post Office?
What are we supposed to do, write to them?
Why don't they just put their pictures on the postage stamps so the mailmen can look for them while they deliver the mail?
