Plus 14 and dry when driving in
What a day for Michael Bell yesterday with his Big Orange winning the Gold Cup by a nose to Order of St George. An absolutely thrilling race with one of the closest finishes of the meeting.
The horses on their summer holidays are happier than they have been for the last few days with the slightly cooler conditions as the flies don't annoy them quite as much.
A quiet day here although the power hosing and strimming continue.
