Just when we have become used to getting up in daylight. But from tomorrow the clocks go forward and it is back to getting up in the dark again..

Good news for British Point to Pointing as it all starts again on Monday.. Sadly Ireland are very unlikely to be starting their Point to point season at all as their vaccinations programme has hardly taken off.... Does make you realise there are some good points about Brexit! Europe is in a mess when it comes to vaccinations..

Just in case you had not noticed, the flat racing season starts today at sunny Donny.. I fear there will be complaints from the flat trainers over the lack of grass on parts of the course after a torrid winter and no grass growth..
