Plus 7 and drizzling when driving in. All the snow has gone..
David Bass, Ciaran Gethings, Chester Williams and Harry Beswick were all in to ride out this morning.
The all weather gallop was well used yesterday.. one day off it was enough.. We worked a few this morning..We jumped Bobhopeornohope and The Edgar Wallace.. Sorry but no videos today.
I spent a fair bit of time watching Goffs on line auction unfold yesterday.
Fascinating and although a huge number of horses were unsold, probably because of un realistic reserves, the top lot 52 Hollymount made 300K and was bought by Bective Stud.. She will be heading to Gordon Elliott.

There was no racing, well the jumping type yesterday..
Although I am not one for watching non racing programmes in the afternoon, I did have Racing TV on in the back ground and stopped what I was doing (nothing) to watch Sir Mark Prescott take me on a tour of Newmarket..
Thank you Sir Mark, it was an excellent tour..
We had hoped to have two runners today at Catterick.. Neither my intended destination or Wincanton have survived the weather gods…. Boring..
