Plus 9 and dry when diving in.

David Bass was in to ride out.

It was really good to be back at Cheltenham yesterday. Love the place..Great racing and full of people.

No runners and a family day with Archie.. he took me to Dunkertons for a post race drink.. he works there at weekends..

Auction prizes are popular.. certainly when it comes to a 'morning on the gallops and breakfast'.. anyway I bought one at a non racing charity charity evening a year ago and yesterday I wore it..A new suit made y Jack Winslade of McCann’s..

Interestingly Jack did what Archie is currently doing, but realised that he would not make the grade to play for England.. Good player as he was he realised that he needed to look to the future and branch out..Hence McCanns....I recommend..

Postcribe to Friday was a text from Daire Davis, the jockey responsible for bringing down Von Hallers at Ludlow.... 'Good Morning Mr Bailey, I just want to aplogise for the incident yesterday, it should not have happened and I take full responsibility. I hope your horse is OK this morning.'.

Another good game of Rugby last night. England third.

Saturday and..

Malcolm and Maribeth Keeling won a morning on the gallops and breakfast in a silent auction at Cheltenham racecourse and brought along Steve Waterworth and Carmel Ellis,  they were joined by Derek and Sian Eaton

John and Mandy Battershall popped in for third lot to see their KBRS horse General Hubble.

Stuart Ballantyne was here to see his KBRS horses Mikhailovich,The Kemble Brewery and Isle of Gold along with his friends Andy, Jack and Ty.

3 nuns arrive at the pearly gates St. Peter tells them that they have led wonderful lives but as Heaven is getting kind of full, God has ordered that they will have to answer a question before they can enter.

He looks at the first nun and he knows he has to make the questions easy because they can’t have the nuns go down below. So to the first nun, he asks who was the first Man?

Nun1 : Oh that’s easy Adam

Dun da da the gates open and she goes through.

Nun 2: Oh that is an easy one: Eve

Dun da da the gates open and she goes through.

Nun 3 looking a little nervous thinks and says: Boy that’s a hard one!

Dun da da …..
