Cheltenham had great racing yesterday and good crowds and will again today..

Winx won again in Australia this morning .. 29 races on the trot.. some mare.. Matt Chapman will get some slating by the Aussiue press.. Pay back time for them!

We returned from having supper with George and Cythia Dowty (Another Venture) early this morning a nd followed a grtiing lorry down the Withington road past Thorndale Farm.

My daughter Pandora Lovett was staying last night.. she was over to walk the Team Chase course .. The Cotswold Team Chase takes place here tomorrow.

David Bass was not in this morning as he was racing at Kelso.

Busy Saturday morning with Cheltenham races on .

This morning we had Josh and Paul Ratcliffe, Peter Jones, Karla and Andy Yates, Phil Moses, Harry Headley, Ieuan Gallagher were all here for a Morning on the gallops and breakfast as booked through CD Tours

John Benson  was here to see his KBRP horses Vinndication, Silver Kayf and Arthur's Sixpence)

Deri Williams was here to see his KBRP horse Peeping Tom.

Ian Robinson and his team from Imperial Racing were here to see their Carlisle winner track record holder Imperial Aura.

Lee Oliver and Tim Richardson were here to see their KBRP horse Mergeela and Pond Road.

John and Sue Humphreys were here to see their Racing For Maggies horse Another Venture

Iain and Angie Bell were eher to see teir KBRP horses Knockanrawley, Peeping Tom and Lord Apparelli.  

Keith and Liz Ellis were here late morning to see their horse Abbreviate

We have one runner today at Kelso (Dandy Dan) and one tomorrow at Aintree (Wandrin Star) and for my thoughts on their chances please click here.

We are parading Hes No Trouble at Cheltenham at 1.15.. The South West Racing Syndicate horses are all being paraded.

The Clocks go back tonight so we have a lie in… then dark evenings and early races..
