There is a great life for racehorses after their racing careers.

Yesterday was the grand final of the Goffs sponsored ROR show class at Aintree and it was won by What Of It..

300 horses took part in the 6 day event and yesterday was the grand final. It is a brilliant series and yes there is a huge life after racing for all our old mates..

Retraining of Racehorses or ROR has gone from strength to strength under the guidance of Di Arbuthnot.

I might not the worlds greatest fan of Teresa May. Not only has she been handed an impossible job of sorting Brexit, but the poor lady was filmed yesterday trying to dance..

A few years ago there was a shop in our village that sold motorised invalid buggies, wheelchairs and all manner of helpful gadgets for the elderly and disabled community.

One Christmas it put a large sign in the display window  ‘ GIVE AIDS TO THE ELDERLY AND INFIRM FOR CHRISTMAS’ !
