Graham Potts our vet was in this morning.. All the horses are having their flu vaccination.

How hard is it to get going as a jockey? For example Market Rasen tomorrow have a card for jockeys who have not ridden 20 winners last season.. Good idea as it gives lesser known jockeys a chance to get rides, but Lauren Hawkings, who rode her first winner at Cheltenham and a couple of point to point winners on Dandy Dan is not qualified as she has not ridden in 15 races..Amateurs have to have 15 rides before they are allowed to ride against professionals..But if she was a conditional jockey she would be allowed to!

We have one runner today and one tomorrow. Today we run Ajero at Goodwood and tomorrow we run Charming Getaway at Market Rasen.. For my thoughts on their chances please click here.
