Plus 12 and dry when driving in. The last day of my favourite month.

For those of you who have never been to Giffords Circus you have missed out.

I have been most years in the last 15 and last nights performance was by far the best. Less themed, more action and just plain good family fun.

It was packed last night and what a great atmosphere. We joined up with The Tom and Bella Clarkson and family, Will Parker and Michael and Mary Dulverton; drinks and pizza in the field, which was the car park, behind Dayleford…

David Bass was in this morning and we worked a few and I mean a few.

Robin Gow was here for his annual BHA inspection.. The BHA send down Robin to see if we are doing the right things…

Graham Potts was in this morning. Our new KBRP horse Involve lost some of his tackle…He is now a gelding..

Gary Tardi was here late morning to see his horse Nicely Indeed.

We are recruiting for the new season for when the horses return from their summer holidays in July…

We have a position as an Amateur jockey for this coming winter as last seasons rider Henry Morshead has taken up a position as stable conditional jockey to Paul Nicholls.

A big step for Henry and one I am sure he will do well at. Henry was given every chance to do well here so the position for a new amateur is for a young rider who has had the odd ride in point to points .. Please get in touch.. Luckily TNDGB is too busy moving berth to apply..

Real Stress..

You pick up a hitchhiker... A young, sexy, beautiful girl. Suddenly, she faints inside your truck and you take her to the hospital....Now that's stressful

But at the hospital, they say she is pregnant and congratulate you that you're going to be a father. You say that you are not the father, but the girl says you are....This is getting stressful.

You request a DNA test to prove that you are not the father. After the tests are completed, The doctor says the test shows you're infertile,  And probably have been since birth....You're extremely stressed but relieved.

On your way back home, you think about your 5 kids at home..

Now that’s stress.
