Have Fun Racing

Have Fun Racing Partnership has been designed for fun and success.

Have Fun Racing Partnership have leased A Shade of Bay who has won two novice hurdles and placed in a bumper. She won for the Have Fun Racing Partnership in December giving her owners a day never to forget. This strong tough mare is going to make a really nice handicap hurdler/novice chaser this winter.

"I would like to thank you and your team for fulfilling a long term ambition of being involved in a racehorse that won a race. Since I was 14 years old I would be asked what I would like for Christmas or birthday and always my reply was the same..A Racehorse. Needless to say that was never remotely possible.

Mandy and I were lucky enough to be at Aintree on Friday night when 'our' horse Set In Her Ways won the last race. It is now Sunday morning and we still have not come down from our high. Mat and Aintree acecourse looked after us so well and it all made the night so perfect."

John Battershall

The previous Have Fun Racing Partnership's horse Set In Her Ways was very successful for the partnership winning a bumper and a hurdle race and being placed four times out of eight runs.

She returned to her owner where she is now a broodmare.

Sirius Chesnut a chesnut gelding by Domedriver out of Heart. Heart is an eight times winner of chases and hurdles including the Lanzarote Hurdle and was placed in the Scottish Champion Hurdle.

He ran seven times for the Have Fun Racing Partnership and managed to be placed three times. The lease agreement ended and he has returned to his owners.

At the end of the lease agreements accounts will be produced by Trevor Hunt of 48 Malmesbury Road, Leigh, Cricklade, Wiltshire SN6 6RG Tel/Fax 01666 860 090 and any balance remaining including any prize money will be divided equally between the shareholders.
