Plus 3 this morning lovely and sunny, a good day for pictures.

Woohoo it's Friday, you have one more morning of me entertaining you before the boss returns on Monday. I wonder if he has caught any fish yet......

Matt left early yesterday to go and walk the course at Huntingdon, the ground had dried up to much for our intended runners so we pulled them out, the day was not wasted though as John & Penny Perriss, David and Mat enjoyed a spot of lunch instead.

So apparently I shot myself in the foot yesterday when mentioning the Mornings on the Gallops tours, it was great that we had so many enquiries to book however, I duly found out that we no longer have a chef as Bex Tarling is relocating, which now means that I may need to resume my role as chef!!

I was however lucky with the recycling introduction yesterday as when I went for my yard wonder, none of the staff heckled at me, clearly they must not read the blog! It may be a different story once they have seen the bags and boxes in the hostel kitchen along with new recycling signage.

During lock down three I took up running again which I thoroughly enjoy but decided I wanted to introduce a protein shake to consume at work before going home to run prior to starting my afternoon job, just to give myself a little boost of energy. So I got one off a website which had great reviews and yesterday was my first experience with it. I have to say I don't think I have ever cleaned the office so fast as the caffeine seemed to kick in a lot earlier than intended, this was captured on camera....
