Plus 4 and dry when driving in.
Did you know that every race was won by a favourite at Plumpton yesterday? Bizarrely that is not something that happens that often. The Racing Post heads it as Nightmare for bookies..
James Knight who writes in todays Racing Post is calling for no blank days up to Christmas. Currently there is no racing after Sunday until Boxing Day. He cites that the punter needs their daily fix of racing which rather sums up who runs racing.. More All weather fare.
The other interesting news that peeps out of the Racing Post is the battle for jumps champion jockey. Richard Johnson has been joined by Brian Hughes.. they are level pegging. Good to see a Northern based jockey running for the title.
With no runners today there is a not much of excitement happening here.
