Silver Eagle and Mr Puck had an away day this morning. Both readying for their return to the racecourse after long lay offs..

Piers Dibben was here second lot to see Didntitellya, while his mother Sylvia who also has a share in DITY was here to see her horse Viaduct Jack.

My schooling fences are being re stuffed which is an annual occurrence.. we cut the birch and wait for the leaves to fall off before we use it.. regular jumping wears them down so we pack it as hard as we can.. the stiffer the better..

We have no runners today..

I had a bad dream last night. One was that Ffos Las was abandoned and the second was that TNGB was playing cricket for England and took the winning wicket.. I woke in a muck sweat.. one was true, which was the surprise… Ffos Las has been abandoned..

Yesterdays funeral /memorial for William Roderick (Rory) MacDonald OBE was wonderful, if you can use that word about a service.. The last thoughts on his order of service were ones I thoroughly approved of..
